Pastor Michael and Rachel Rivera

Music and Youth Pastor

Michael was born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Michael came to know Christ through a friend who told him about John 3:16, and that evening Michael bowed his head and asked Jesus to be his Savior. A co-worker invited Michael to an evening service at White Oak Baptist Church and it was through the preaching that he felt the Lord calling him to be a member. In August 2010 he surrendered the call to serve the Lord full time and graduated in May 2014 from New England Baptist College.

Rachel was born and raised in Methuen, Massachusetts. She accepted the Lord as her Savior at the age of 14, after hearing her pastor preach. A year after she graduated high school, she attended New England Baptist College as a music major. Michael and Rachel met at college and were married August 9th, 2014.

Michael is currently serving at White Oak Baptist Church as an Associate Pastor. Michael and Rachel would love to meet you this Sunday at church. To contact Michael, please call him at 203.381.0559 ext. 302.

Pastor David and Krista Levine

Children and Missions Pastor

David was raised in the deserts of California in a Jewish household. It wasn’t until age 15, when his friend invited him to ride the church bus, that David heard the Gospel for the first time and accepted Jesus as his personal Messiah.  After graduated high school, David went straight to West Coast Baptist College, which was located in his hometown of Lancaster, CA. David is burdened for the next generation and reaching the uttermost parts of the earth.

Krista is from just outside of Athens, GA. She turned down a full-ride scholarship to the University of Georgia to attend West Coast Baptist College in CA. While there, Krista majored in secondary education with an emphasis on history and Spanish. David and Krista met at West Coast Baptist College and on June 12, 2009, a month after graduating, were married.

In May of 2012, David and Krista packed up their home in Las Vegas, NV and moved out to Stratford, CT to work with the children of White Oak Baptist Church. On October 30th, during Hurricane Sandy, Krista gave birth to Kyarra Levine.

David, Krista, and Kyarra want to invite you out to White Oak Baptist Church and see for yourself what God is doing here. Feel free to contact them at any time at 203.381.0559 ext 303.
